Recovery starts here
Sport and physical activity is a way of life, be it enjoying a walk with your family, running the roads or the trails or at the gym lifting weights, Being able to enjoy these at your best and injury free the goal.
Having trained and been involved in competitive sports most of my life, I know how important it is to avoid injury and if it does occur then getting yourself back training or competing as soon and as safely as possible.
If you’re not active or training then all you can think about is when you’ll be back to your best and able to get back moving. If you are active and training hard, how do you keep those injuries and niggles at bay?
Recovery (& prevention of injury) is where I step in. As a soft tissue therapist I aim to find the root of the problem and fix you as soon as possible so you can get back out there and do what you do. Using techniques of sport massage therapy or dry cupping or myofascial release or stretching or dry needling. We all have our own goals and that’s when the treatment becomes specific to your needs
I know what is required to recover faster so you can get back out walking, running, playing, training and working with ease.
